    We are back for you to give you suggestions on your health. Today I'm gonna tell you about the benefits of the tomato, Yes tomato is very beneficial which many less people know about. We have grown up seeing and eating tomato but we are still considering tomato as just an ordinary vegetable which brings sour flavor to the curry. But guys, first you must know that tomato is a fruit and like most of the fruits, tomato is also nutritious and healthy.

     So, here are the following benefits of tomatoes you must know about.

(a) Loss of Appetite :- If you feel less hungry and are unable to fulfill your minimum food requirement for a day, then guys think about tomatoes which are lot of appetizing and can give your hunger a boost.

(b) Constipation :- Most of the people these days struggles to get rid of constipation which affect your body very badly. Due to unhealthy stomach people struggles from diseases like loss of appetite, gas trouble, acidity and many more disease caused by constipation. Tomato is a real boon for the people suffering from constipation, you can take tomato soup or can eat a raw tomato early in the morning to cure this hazardous problem.

(c) Body Weakness :- If you feel tired all day and find yourself unable to do more works then you are suffering from body weakness. For that you have nothing to worry about, you can take tomato juice with 5 to 6 grams of honey in it regularly for few weeks then see the results itself. You will feel very strong internally and will find yourself energetic throughout the day.

(d) High Blood Pressure :- Guys high blood pressure is also known as the 'silent killer' which most of the people around the world is facing & finding it difficult to deal with. But if you have some knowledge about home remedy then it is just like child's play for you to curb it. Tomato contains potassium in it which normalize your blood pressure and keep it at a normal rate. So guys, start eating tomato per day to curb high blood pressure.

(e) Weight Control:- Tomatoes contains citric acid which burns the fats in your body which can help you to control your weight. So, I would suggest all of you specially girls not to give up food for weight control just add regular use of tomatoes in your diet and see the results.

(f) Strong Bones:- As we know calcium is the fuel for stronger bones and tomato contains huge amount of calcium and vitamins that can boost the power of your bones.

(g) Prostate Cancer :-Prostate cancer is one of the leading causes of cancer death among men of all races and Hispanic origin populations it is the disease which develop in male reproductive system and affects your prostate gland. Many researchers have proven that and anti-oxidant named Lycopene found in tomato which prevents prostate cancer as well as it reduces the development of tumor.
