Corruption in India
Hi Friends,
Today I want to talk to you on corruption. We are all aware and well known of the term 'corruption' but how many of us knows the real meaning of it. Corruption is a disease which has been mixed with our blood and is flowing in our veins and all of us are neglecting this dangerous and killing disease which can ruin not only us but also the society and whole country.
Now-a-days we can observe that just to tackle some very small problems people travel through the path of corruption which is not right by any means. Whether you keep giving excuses that this is just for first time I have done that after this I will never choose corruption to overcome my problem, but the fact is this becomes a regular habit and you never know but you becomes addicted to it. What people do today is just blame the system and government for this happenings and keep saying that the system is a cavity for the society and country but we forget that we are also a part of that system by some means and the system will never going to change until we change ourselves.
I am going to share my personal experience with you I was traveling to my office and on the way I saw a policeman stopped a person who was riding the bike without helmet and was asked to show his driving license and documents but he did not has any document to show to the policeman. The policeman started to make a challan for the offense the biker rider did. But suddenly the bike rider asked policeman what he will get with this challan the all amount will be going to the government treasury. So he offered him two hundred rupees and asked him to let him go and the policeman agreed with him and let him go.
Now the question arises that who is the culprit here for such a instance of corruption?? Many of you will say that the policeman is the culprit because he accepted that offer from that man but do we ever realize that not only that policeman but the biker was also the main culprit there. There are lacs of such instances take place everywhere in India and people like that biker gives rise to the corruption and then for slow development and rise of inflation in the country the same people blame the government and system for it.
Yes you would say that what we alone can do for the change but friends you are not alone. Always keep in mind that for good deeds you are not alone there is God always with you. In Geeta (the holy book of Hindus) Lord Krishna said that "Karma kiye ja, fal ki chinta mat kar" (Just do your work, never get worried of the results). If your deed is right then result would also be right. But if you kill your goodness present in you and start favoring wrong deeds is also a part of corruption.
I also know that in this running, hectic and stressful life it becomes hard to maintain moral values and people starts choosing shortcut for their every work. But guys this is not right by any means, stop thinking just about yourself and think for the whole society and country stop favoring corruption for your benefits and if you can't do that then stop saying that I am an Indian, I belongs to India because if you are really an Indian then think about the progress and growth of the whole country.
So, guys please kill selfishness in yourself and change yourself for a better society, better country & a best and secure future. Say 'NO' to Corruption.
